We specialise in providing NDIS participants with high quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation options. Our accommodation options are unique to other SIL providers. Here at SILSpace, we only offer fully independent units without the need to share with other participants. Our accommodation options have 24/7 onsite tailored disability support services, which also include meals, utilities and medication assistance.
Whether you require some 1:1 Daily Assistance or you need Higher Intensity Supports, SILSpace can assist you with all your daily support requirements.
What support ratio option do you require?
At SILSpace we cater for the following support ratios:
1:1 Support Ratio
If the participant requires high intensity 1:1 daily support and their own independent living space, SILSpace can assist with all required support needs and independent accommodation. Contact us or make a referral today!
1:2 Support Ratio
If the participant requires 1:2 SIL ratio and doesn’t want to share their accommodation space with another participant, SILSpace has fully supported independent units that can cater for 1:2 funded supports. Contact us or make a referral today!
1:3 Support Ratio
If the participant requires 1:3 SIL ratio and doesn’t want live in a crowded, shared accommodation space, SILSpace has fully supported independent units that can cater for 1:3 funded supports. Contact us or make a referral today!
2:1 Support Ratio
If the participant has high intensity support needs that require 2 workers, such as hoisting and transferring, personal care, or managing complex behaviours, we can assist with 2:1 support requirements. Contact us or make a referral today!
